Mike has had a very diverse career, from film production to real estate development and sustainable energy. He is a licensed real estate broker and general contractor, and now works as a consultant to various commercial developers in the Charlotte region. In addition to his role on the Pivot Point Board of Directors, he has also served on the City of Charlotte’s Sustainable Energy Plan (SEAP) Advisory Committee and Roof Above’s NOAH (Naturally Occurring Affordable Housing) Advisory Committee.

Caroline is an experienced communicator and managing editor who has a passion for helping the homeless. She is experienced in social media, website creation, writing press releases, and crafting engaging marketing collateral.

Denise Lockhart brings extensive expertise in property management, real estate development, and community engagement to the Pivot Point board. Her passion for sustainable housing solutions and her hands-on experience with multifamily operations help drive our mission to build tiny home communities for the homeless in Charlotte and beyond.
